AC & Heater Repair in Frederick, MD

On July 4th, one of the hottest days of the week, and an Holiday, our A/C decided to stop working and we had 20 people coming over for a party. Chad, from Right A Way, arrived within an hour of our phone call and got our A/C back up and running in no time. Speedy and professional! Thank you all!

I had a perfect experience with Right A Way Heating and Cooling. My AC stopped working. I called Right A Way on the recommendation of a friend. Customer service on the phone was excellent & I was given an appointment about ~24 hours later. They kept me up to speed about the appointment via text. The HVAC tech (Matt R.) was professional & knowledgeable. He showed me the issue, walked me through the solution & answered my questions. *Most importantly: he had the problem fixed & my AC was working perfectly again in less than an hour. Pricing was fair & payment was taken via credit card immediately. I can't recommend Right A Way enough. They've got my business, and recommendation, in the future.

Called Brad with Right A Way Heating and Air on a Sunday for my father's house to have a new HVAC system put into his home that never had one. He responded quickly and was out on the job with his crew and had it finished in just a few days after the initial call. Very clean install and his crew was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They all answered every question my father had and his price on top of it all was on point. My father and I were very happy doing business with them and would recommend Right A Way Heating and Air to anyone looking for clean, efficient, and professional HVAC services in the Frederick County area.

I cannot recommend Right-A-Way Heating & Cooling enough! Teresa is a rock star and is pleasant every time she answers the phone. Chad and Brad's professionalism, efficiency, and expertise exceeded my expectations. The team was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my cooling system was working perfectly and faster than expected. I am truly impressed with their service and would not hesitate to call them again for any future needs.

What a great company when it comes to your heating and air conditioning needs. They will be there when you need them and act appropriately to any situation without costing you an arm and leg to do it. The integrity piece for me is the thing that I care about the most and the company has the highest integrity individuals working for them. I would recommend and call them whenever you need a replacement or just service.

We have an annual maintenance agreement with Right-A-Way. They just recently came to perform our heat tune up. They are always so kind, thorough, and professional. My husband and I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

I called Brad after 10 (TEN!!) companies were unable to help when I needed a new AC unit installed. Brad came out within 2 days, and I had my new AC installed 2 business days after that. The job was done in less than 3 hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive. He'll be the only one we call for heating and AC from now on. Very happy that my friend recommended him to us. Thanks, Brad!
